After all, a home is likely one of your most important, longest-duration purchases. You need to do it right. We’ll gently help you look at homes, and make the right decision – for you.

Though it’s truly a buyer’s market, you need plenty of housing savy to navigate today’s challenging housing environment. That’s where we come in. In fact, it’s our most important job.

When buying a home, you’ll come across a string of professionals, and will need the guiding hand of your own close-knit, “core” team – “you and us” – to help you reach your housing goal.

Though it’s sort of like buying shoes – you make your pick, either by walking into a store, or perhaps searching online – buying a home is much more complex, and should take a lot more thought. You also need the help of licensed professionals – like us.

We’re key players among a host of housing participants, such as lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, closing agents, maybe even a builder, and listing agents. Some of these professionals are licensed for your protection, while some are not required to be. Some may not have your best interests at heart, but rather, their own. Instead, when we represent you as buyers, we do put your interests uppermost. It’s in our code of ethics, and in our license law.
